- Prepare and bake French baguettes with proper crust, crumb texture, and fermentation.
- Mix, knead, ferment, shape, and bake dough following authentic recipes and techniques.
- Operate baking equipment such as deck ovens, stone ovens, mixers, and proofers.
- Maintain consistency, taste, and appearance of all baked products.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in daily production planning and manage baking schedules.
