We are looking for a Head of Farm, based in Manama, to lead farm operations for a leading regional dairy company.

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day farm management, ensuring high-quality milk production, animal health, feed management, and operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for a seasoned farm management professional with extensive experience in dairy operations, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to drive performance, sustainability, and productivity.

You will lead a team of farm managers and staff, implement best practices in herd management, optimize production processes, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Your ability to combine operational excellence with strategic planning will be central to maintaining and growing the farm's productivity and profitability.

• 10–15 years of experience in farm management, preferably within the dairy sector.
• Strong knowledge of herd health, milk production, feed and nutrition management, and farm operations.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
• Familiarity with modern farm technologies and dairy production systems.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and sustainability practices.
