  • Supervise day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, schedules, safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, ensuring work progresses as planned.
  • Monitor budgets and implement cost control systems to manage financial performance and forecast risks.
  • Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to productivity targets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, identify challenges, and resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
  • Process and track variations and change orders; obtain approvals and analyze time/cost impacts.
  • Facilitate effective internal and external communication via progress meetings and regular reporting.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including daily reports, quality logs, inspection records, and meeting minutes.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations rigorously across all project phases.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership in problem-solving and strategic decision-making to ensure project continuity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in a Grade A or B contracting company, managing large-scale civil construction projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and lead new project teams, departments, or business units.
  • Strong command of technical, financial, and administrative aspects of construction management.
  • Proven success in managing complex projects, especially high-rise buildings, luxury villas, and multi-site developments.
  • Experience managing a large workforce (300+ employees) and working with multiple subcontractors.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Note: Only candidates with pure construction contracting backgrounds will be considered. Consultancy experience is not applicable.
