Right now, we're on the lookout for an Admin & Secretary who can keep things organized, support the team, and bring positive energy to the office every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the first point of contact – handling calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Keep our schedules on track – meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Make sure office files, records, and documents are tidy and easy to find.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
  • Support the team with day-to-day admin tasks.
  • Keep the office running smoothly (because you're the one who makes it happen).

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone organized and reliable (you love checklists).
  • Great communicator – both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude and a "can-do" spirit.
  • Experience in admin/secretary work is a plus, but we also value attitude and willingness to learn.
