Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Zayed town for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their catering needs, providing product information, and processing sales transactions. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer inquiries, maintaining product displays, handling customer feedback, and assisting in inventory management. The Sales Associate will also coordinate with the catering team to ensure smooth execution of events and services.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Sales and Product Knowledge: Experience in sales, knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, and ability to provide detailed product information.
• Organizational and Coordination Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with various teams, and ensure timely service delivery.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
