Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer located in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for advising clients on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, drafting and negotiating contracts, protecting intellectual property rights, and resolving disputes. The Corporate Lawyer will work closely with clients to provide strategic legal guidance and support to help their businesses thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate governance, compliance, and contract negotiation
• Skills in intellectual property management and dispute resolution
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Bahraini law and regulations is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or equivalent qualification
