Restaurant Spervisor

• Manage the restaurant administration & supervise the cleanliness and organization.
• Conduct staff briefing prior to the shift, assigning tasks, locations and specific duties to ensure guests are served as per SOPs
• Supervise the quality of food / drinks and its presentation from time to time to meet customer needs
• Supervise the hygiene and food safety practices in the restaurant.
• Manage discipline and cooperation between staff to get the best output.
• Follow all hygiene, health and safety regulations to prevent work hazards
• Supervise and coordinate the training in the restaurant so that the trainee is ready on time.
• Inventory management to ensure efficient service by regular checking stock level, placing timely orders,
