We are looking for a creative and driven individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our brand presence across multiple social platforms, engaging with customers, and supporting retail branches and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and post engaging content (images, videos, stories) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Monitor and respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with retail branches and internal departments to gather updates, promotions, and content ideas.

Create and follow a weekly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.

Provide performance insights and social media reports to management.

Support the marketing team in planning campaigns and engaging with target audiences.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in managing social media accounts.

Strong writing skills and a sense of visual storytelling.

Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Arabic is must
