Photographer/Videogrpaher

• Capture high-quality photos and videos for news stories, interviews, events, social media, and promotional materials.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content including short features, interviews, and digital campaigns.
• Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard software to ensure the best visual quality.
• Manage all aspects of video production — lighting, sound, framing, and post-production editing.
• Collaborate with reporters, editors, and the creative team to ensure visual content aligns with editorial and brand guidelines.
• Maintain and organize photography and video archives for easy access and future use.
• Operate and maintain camera equipment, lighting setups, and other production gear.
• Stay updated on new visual storytelling trends, camera technology, and editing techniques.
• Ensure all content adheres to copyright, ethics, and company standards.
• Proven experience as a photographer/videographer, preferably in a media or publishing environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and camera operation.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong storytelling skills through visuals.
• Flexibility to work on-site, during events, and outside standard office hours when required.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
