We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Customer Service & Document Clearance Executive to join our team. This position plays a key role in managing client interactions while ensuring the efficient handling of document processing and related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:


• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering prompt and professional support.


• Coordinate and follow up on document clearance processes and government related submissions.


• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems.


• Handle client inquiries with efficiency and provide timely progress updates.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality, compliance, and smooth workflow.
