Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riffa for a Senior Business Development Manager. The Senior Business Development Manager will oversee identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company's footprint in the GCC. Responsibilities include market research, developing client relationships, creating strategic business proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role will also involve leading cross-functional teams to refine services and ensure alignment with market demands, while consistently meeting revenue and growth targets. Collaboration with internal divisions and external partners will be essential to executing strategies and driving growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Negotiation, and Sales Proposal Development
  • Leadership and Team Management capabilities with the ability to collaborate across divisions
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Decision Making, and Goal Setting for business growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; fluency in Arabic is an advantage
  • Ability to work in on-site roles and manage client engagements locally
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
