Contract Duration: 12–24 months

Joining Date: As soon as the visa is ready

Services Required:

  • Lash extensions

  • Lash lifts

  • Tinting (lashes and brows)

  • Nail services (manicure & pedicure)

Salary & Commission:

  • Salary: BD 300–450 (final amount to be discussed during the interview)

  • Performance-based commission starts after the 3-month probation period

  • Commission structure (target-based):

    • Tier 1: 4%

    • Tier 2: 8%

    • Retail sales: separate target with 5% commission

  • The more clients you serve and additional services or products you sell, the higher your earnings (typical total earnings: $1,300–$2,300/month)
