m2r Education are working with this Early Years & Foundation Stage Kindergarten based in Manama, Bahrain who are currently looking for a Principal to start in January 2026.

Based in Manana, they follow the UK EYFS framework with the 7 key areas of learning and development built in to provide holistic education to every student. The mixture of play-based and learning-focussed sessions allow them to introduce children to new skills, interests, and experiences in a fun and engaging manner.

As a Principal, you will lead a team of Early Childhood Educators in providing quality education and care for the children. You will be responsible for the management of the kindergarten, the planning, and organisation of the kindergarten's programme, as well as the delivery of learning, professional development and well-being of all staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree +PGCE/QTS
• Leadership qualification such as NPQH, NPQEYL etc
• Minimum 5 years teaching experience in a Primary or Early Years setting
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience
• Previous leadership experience in the Middle East is preferred
• Single status only
• Female only
