Role Description

We are seeking a versatile Mining Equipment Maintenance Specialist with expertise in both hardware and software. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining ASIC miners and other mining hardware. You will work with both the physical components and software configurations to ensure mining operations run at peak performance.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair ASIC miners and related hardware components.
  • Perform software configuration and troubleshooting for mining equipment.
  • Conduct regular maintenance, upgrades, and optimization of mining hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software issues in mining rigs.
  • Assist with assembly, testing, and setup of new mining rigs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to customers

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience with mining hardware (ASIC miners, mining rigs, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in hardware troubleshooting and repair.
  • Proficiency in software configuration and troubleshooting for mining equipment.
  • Experience with mining-related operating systems and software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency mining operations.
  • Previous experience in a technical support or maintenance role.
  • Knowledge of various mining hardware and software configurations.
  • Experience with mining farm setups and performance optimization.
