Outdoor Purchasing Officer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outdoor Purchase Officer to join our dynamic team in Bahrain.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors for local and international purchases
• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals
• Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary
• Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities
• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock
• Attending product launches and networking with industry professionals
• Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers
• Make new production requests & Production management and follow up with the Workshop
• Coordinating with the delivery person for timely delivery and following up on delays or orders that have been canceled/Rescheduled.
• Checking the invoice and Submit the Delivery Note
• Organizing delivery orders
• Material quantity check, Regulating conduction with Material Transfer and material reorder
• Transfer with auto material, Transfer follow-up
• Ensuring all stocks are packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location promptly
• Inspecting stocks and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately
• Check the repack and submit
• Follow up on late orders that have not been received and communicate with the customer to receive their items
