Job Scope:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving store performance, managing daily operations, and leading a sales team to deliver a premium customer experience. You will ensure the store reflects the brand's identity, maintain high visual and operational standards, and foster a results-driven and customer-centric environment. This role requires leadership, commercial awareness, and a strong background in fashion retail management.

Job Requirements:


• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in luxury or high-end fashion retail.


• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop retail staff.


• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.


• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering premium in-store experiences.


• Very good command of English (spoken and written).


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fashion-driven environment.

Package:

Housing Allowance: 100 BHD

Transportation: 50 BHD

Total Salary: 650 BHD
