interline & trucking executive

MAIN OBJECTIVES

• Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with other airlines and trucking companies, for the purpose of establishing and growing interline traffic flows at optimal costs. Planning, organizing, and directing; managing and evaluation of the supply chain/logistics operations in an organization. Work with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for new and existing products.

MAIN DUTIES

• Co-ordinate and arrange meetings or conferences with Interline partner's.
• Manage Interline & Trucking contracts and coordinate with Pricing/Sales for approvals.
• Coordinate and convey Trucking & Interline Plans and strategies to various department managers and provide necessary information and feedback form the managers to SMC.
• Collate analyses and assist in interpreting various Interline and Trucking and Operations data for appropriate decision making by SMC.
• Maintain all confidential files and records Related to Trucking and Interline.
• Coordinate and follow up projects with department managers and monitor implementation of resolutions and actions list.
• Coordinate and arrange for weekly Trucking and Interline management meetings, take minutes and proceedings and follow up on actionable items.
• Prepare Interline and Trucking Revenue performance.
• Arrange new and renewal contract with Interline and Trucking contracts.
• Handle any other tasks that may be assigned by SMC.
• Create and maintain Trucking and Interline Price in system.
• Market Research related to Trucking and Interline by viewing airlines news.
• Attend IATA conferences related to aviation transportation.

EDUCATION

• Holds a college-level education or its equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a related work environment, including pricing responsibilities.
