- Prepare detailed MEP drawings, including plans, sections, and schematics using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to translate design concepts into accurate drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Update drawings based on design changes, site instructions, or client feedback.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure integrated designs.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
- Support the preparation of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material take-offs.
- Attend project meetings to understand requirements and provide technical input.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an MEP draftsman in construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other drafting software.
- Understanding of building services, codes, and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
