- IT knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Documentation and Knowledge Base.
- Creating and maintaining a knowledge base.
- Generating and maintaining KPI Reports for Helpdesk tickets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundation
- Health Care system experience
- Customer Service certificate
- Communication Skills
- Reporting skills
- effectively communicate, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English languages.
- The resource has at least 3 years of experience in Health Sector projects.
- Ability to explain technical issues and solutions in a clear and accurate manner to healthcare professionals who may not be technically inclined.
- Healthcare Systems Knowledge: Understanding of Electronic Health Records (EHR), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and other healthcare-specific software.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, engineering or computer science, or related
