Job Summary

Noureen is seeking a Bahraini Saleswoman to join our boutique team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and passionate about ethnic and luxury fashion. You will play a key role in helping customers find their perfect outfit while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with product selection and styling advice.
• Provide information on fabrics, tailoring options, and current collections.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays.
• Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the tailoring department for custom orders.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Stay updated with new fashion trends and collections.

Requirements

• Bahraini National (required)
• Previous retail or fashion sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
