Support the line manager in overseeing the Royal Medical Services (RMS) program, managing catering services across all RMS sites, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor financial performance across all sites, ensuring accurate costings and invoicing.
  • Act as second-in-command during the line manager's absence to maintain continuity of operations.
  • Oversee the internal Quality Assurance (QA) program, ensuring compliance and documenting corrective actions for patient safety.
  • Develop new sites/facilities across the RMS Portfolio, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Manage daily operational performance, ensuring safe and consistent service delivery.
  • Lead the implementation of new technologies, processes, and policies in Hospital Catering.
  • Coordinate daily support of the RMS site team to ensure compliance with delivery standards.
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of special events to meet customer expectations.
  • Comply with health, safety, and security requirements as established by the Company and RMS authorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in institutional catering and/or first-class hotel experience in Health Care catering is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Thorough understanding of Catering policies and procedures, including HACCP.
  • Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Flexibility in work schedule.
  • English as a second language (IELTS Level 2).
  • Fluent in Arabic.
