Job Description:

  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure project plans, specifications, budgets, and timelines are achieved.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using advanced project management software.
  • Manage and monitor project budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns.
  • Lead and supervise construction crews to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality work.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality control and address potential issues early.
  • Process and manage all change orders and variations, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date project documentation such as daily logs, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Implement and enforce comprehensive safety regulations across all construction sites.
  • Manage procurement, logistics, and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Resolve construction-related challenges swiftly to maintain project progress and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 10–15 years of proven experience in a similar role within high-grade (A or B) construction companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage a new department or company with comprehensive operational knowledge from A to Z.
  • Strong expertise in technical, financial, and administrative aspects of construction management.
  • Must have a construction background; consulting experience is not applicable.
  • Experience managing multiple projects including large-scale high-rise and villa developments.
  • Proven capability to handle large workforces (300+ employees).
  • Strong leadership qualities with a robust character and personality capable of running entire construction operations.
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory.
