We are looking for a professional and customer- oriented Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding guest experiences through efficient check-in/ out procedures, clear communication, and excellent service throughout the guest's stay that follow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Handle check-in/out, and room assignments accurately.
  • Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Process payment and maintain accurate records using hotel system.
  • Uphold hotel policies, safety standers, and brand service quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or hospitality role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation system.
  • Presentable, reliable, and able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
