About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Airport Project Manager
to lead facility management services for
Airport
project.
The ideal candidate will have a
minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in airport facility management
, with a strong background in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a
degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering (Civil/Mechanical)
,
and Project Management Professional(PMP)/Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) certification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership:
    Oversee all facility management operations, ensuring compliance with project deliverables, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Team Management:
    Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning and facility staff, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to best practices.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    Act as the primary liaison between vendors, and internal teams, fostering strong working relationships.
  • Contract & Risk Management:
    Manage vendor contracts, mitigate project risks, and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Utilize
    Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
    for planning, reporting, and presentations.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in
    Project Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
    from a
    reputable university
    .
  • Certifications:
    PMP (Project Management Professional)
    or
    CFM (Certified Facilities Manager)
    .

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years
    as a
    Project Manager in airport facility management
    (5-star airports preferred).
  • Proven track record in
    project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling
    for large-scale airport projects.
  • Experience in
    contract management, vendor compliance, and performance optimization
    .

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency
    in
    Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
    .
