Our client is one of the world's most famous luxury fashion groups and has thousands of employees across 60+ countries. They are currently looking for a Luxury Client Advisor to be based in Bahrain.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer experience by ensuring the customer is always the top priorityPromptly and politely respond to customer inquiries and requests for supportEngage customers to determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate merchandise while providing product knowledgeAssist the team in executing all daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioningOrganize and straighten merchandise areas on the sales floorFrequent use of technology to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactionsQualification & Requirements:
A fresh graduate or candidates with hospitality experience Strong interpersonal skills with good presentation and communication skills Interest in fashion, art and cultureExcellent product knowledge and good understanding of store retail operationsBahraini candidates are preferred
