Job Post – Director of Finance

Position: Director of Finance

Location: Al Seef, Manama

We are currently hiring for a Director of Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial operations and also manage the purchasing and procurement functions to ensure cost-effective and efficient supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the finance department
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
  • Develop financial strategies to support business growth
  • Manage cash flow, risk, and investment planning
  • Supervise purchasing activities and procurement processes
  • Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing
  • Coordinate with vendors, auditors, banks, and external partners
  • Implement cost-control measures across departments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
