Job Description

• Perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation activities across civil, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and finishing works to ensure the proper upkeep and functionality of company buildings and project facilities.
• Carry out carpentry-related tasks including installation, repair, and adjustment of doors, windows, locks, cabinets, partitions, and other wooden fittings.
• Execute plumbing works such as repairing leaks, replacing fittings and sanitary fixtures, and maintaining water supply, drainage, and pumping systems.
• Perform electrical works including the replacement of lights, sockets, switches, and wiring, and assist in troubleshooting electrical faults under supervision.
• Undertake masonry and tiling repairs such as patch plastering, floor and wall tile replacement, and minor concrete and blockwork tasks.
• Assist with surface preparation, painting, polishing, and touch-up activities to maintain the visual quality of facilities and structures.
• Support basic welding, fabrication, and metal repair works when required for maintenance or installation projects.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks to identify issues early and ensure continuous operation of facilities.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and applicable HSE regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition and report damages or shortages to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Coordinate with other trades and departments to complete maintenance activities efficiently and with minimal disruption.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5–8 years of practical experience in general maintenance, construction, or facility repair roles.
• Strong multi-trade skills across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, painting, and welding works.
• Good understanding of hand tools, power tools, and materials used in maintenance operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform independent repairs with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and adherence to quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work in various site conditions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
