As an IT supervisor you are responsible for ensuring that work is done pursuant to established standards and that it meets quality requirements.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the resort's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems.
Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of all IT systems, including property management systems, point-of-sale systems, guest Wi-Fi, and other related systems.
Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary upgrades and enhancements.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance, security, and data protection.
Implement and enforce data security measures, including access controls, firewalls, antivirus software, and data backup systems.
Verifying the absence of any loss of master keys of rooms and submitting a report to the IT Manager.
Ensuring the presence of all walkie-talkie devices within the resort premises and submit a report to the IT Manager in the event of any violations.
Preserving the confidentiality of the resort's information and refraining from sharing any videos/pictures or documents related to its departments without an official request and approval.
