Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in our office premises. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained environment for all staff and visitors.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleaning of all office areas including workstations, hallways, and lobby.
- Cleaning and maintaining restrooms and toilets to ensure hygiene standards.
- Cleaning and upkeep of the kitchen and pantry area, including washing utensils and restocking supplies.
- Handling and basic maintenance of office machineries.
- Managing office supplies inventory and notifying management when reordering is needed.
- Running errands such as delivering documents or packages within or outside the office.
- Assisting with minor office repairs and reporting major issues to the maintenance team.
- Supporting other staff members with miscellaneous tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
- Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Driving license is optional, but preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate basic office machinery.
- Good communication skills in English and a proactive attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Reliability and punctuality.
Visa and accommodation will be provided.
Offer: BD 120 per month
