Main Responsibilities
1. Brand Storytelling & Heritage Curation
- Conceptualize and design an engaging narrative flow that highlights Junaid's 100+ years of perfume artistry.
- Curate museum sections — from heritage displays and vintage packaging to scent bars, innovation zones, and interactive storytelling walls.
- Develop digital and physical exhibits that narrate the evolution of Junaid's craftsmanship, key milestones, and cultural impact across the GCC and beyond.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Production, and Retail teams to collect authentic artefacts, visuals, and historical content.
2. Museum Design & Visitor Experience
- Oversee the interior design concept, lighting, and ambiance in partnership with interior design firms or creative agencies.
- Create an emotionally immersive visitor experience through soundscapes, visuals, and olfactory storytelling.
- Design pathways that engage visitors — from welcome zones to souvenir corners and interactive screens.
- Ensure the museum aligns aesthetically with Junaid's luxury identity and retail design standards.
3. Partnerships & Community Engagement
- Build partnerships with universities, tourism boards, and cultural institutions for guided visits, exhibitions, and brand collaboration projects.
- Develop educational tours and experiential learning sessions for design, marketing, and business students.
- Host special events, perfume-making workshops, and brand legacy showcases to increase footfall.
4. Project & Budget Management
- Prepare and manage annual museum budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Facilities, IT, and L&D) for maintenance and programming.
- Implement visitor management systems and maintain data on visitor experience metrics.
