you'll take full ownership of a high-impact mobile platform used by thousands of users, shaping a product that connects communities, drives loyalty, and delivers a seamless digital experience.

The Role

This is a hands-on role where you'll own the entire mobile development lifecycle, from feature delivery and performance optimization to app architecture and design polish. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and Growth teams to translate ideas into fast, stable, and engaging mobile experiences that make a real impact.

You'll be the primary Flutter engineer in the team, trusted to make technical decisions, maintain clean and scalable code, and continuously improve a platform that's growing rapidly across the GCC.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the mobile app on iOS and Android.
  • Building refined UI components, animations, and interactions that elevate user experience.
  • Integrating backend services, APIs, and Firebase to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Monitoring app performance, debugging, and optimizing for speed and stability.
  • Implementing analytics, crash monitoring, and A/B testing to improve engagement.
  • Contributing to technical decisions, architecture planning, and roadmap execution.
  • Collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric features.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 3+ years of hands-on Flutter experience with production-level apps.
  • Strong proficiency in Dart and mobile app architecture (state management, navigation, lifecycle).
  • Experience with Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, A/B Testing).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Passion for great UI/UX and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
  • Proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and comfort in fast-paced startup environments.
