Full Stack PHP Web Developer

Main Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Web

• Design, develop, and deploy high-performing web applications using PHP, Flutter, , and React.
• Build scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs integrating databases, third-party services, and cloud platforms.
• Implement front-end interfaces with React and Bootstrap to ensure responsive, user-friendly experiences.
• Manage full lifecycle development — from design and coding to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Optimize performance, reduce latency, and ensure application scalability across all environments.

2. UI/UX Design & Implementation

• Create and implement intuitive user interfaces (UI) and engaging user experiences (UX) aligned with business goals.
• Translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality, interactive web and mobile front-ends.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to deliver visually appealing, accessible, and functional interfaces.
• Ensure consistent branding, responsive layouts, and cross-browser compatibility.

3. Backend Development & API Management

• Develop secure, efficient, and modular backend systems using PHP (CodeIgniter, Laravel) and
• Manage database design and optimization using MySQL and PhpMyAdmin.
• Create, document, and maintain RESTful APIs for data integration across multiple systems and applications.
• Ensure seamless communication between front-end interfaces, mobile apps, and backend infrastructure.

4. Mobile Application Development (Flutter)

• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.
• Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services into mobile solutions.
• Ensure app performance, security, and smooth user interaction through testing and optimization.
• Manage version control, app store submissions, and continuous improvement cycles.

5. IT Infrastructure & System Administration

• Administer hosting environments using AWS, EC2, Cloudflare, and cPanel for optimized uptime and performance.
• Configure and maintain cloud-based deployment pipelines and environments for web and mobile applications.
• Implement data backup, monitoring, and system security protocols.
• Troubleshoot server-side issues, manage DNS, SSL, and security firewalls.

6. Data Security, Backup & Compliance

• Enforce secure coding standards, data encryption, and access control measures.
• Implement backup strategies and monitor server health for disaster recovery readiness.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with company data protection and privacy policies.

7. Retail & ERP System Integration

• Develop and integrate POS, ERP, and CRM systems for synchronized data management.
• Automate workflows between retail, warehouse, and finance systems using APIs and middleware.
• Customize ERP modules for better reporting, analytics, and process efficiency.

8. Digital Transformation & Business Automation

• Design and deploy custom SaaS and enterprise solutions that enhance business operations.
• Lead projects migrating legacy systems to modern web and cloud platforms.
• Develop analytical dashboards and internal tools for productivity improvement.
• Drive innovation through automation, data visibility, and smart integrations.
