We're Hiring | Senior Test Prep Quant Trainer – Bahrain

UniHawk is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Test Prep Quant Trainer to join our team in Bahrain, The ideal candidate will specialize in preparing students for the quantitative sections of standardized exams, helping them achieve target scores through structured lessons and strategy-based coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train students for SAT Math, UCAT QR, GMAT Quant, GRE Quant, and other quantitative exams
• Conduct score-focused group classes and one-on-one sessions
• Teach quantitative strategies: shortcuts, pacing, calculator use, and problem selection
• Administer diagnostic, sectional, and full-length mock exams
• Analyze student performance data and create improvement plans
• Prepare worksheets, drills, and practice sets aligned with test formats
• Maintain a high-performance, exam-oriented classroom environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years' experience in math or test prep training
• Strong command over algebra, geometry, number theory, data analysis, and logical reasoning
• Proven record of helping students achieve competitive scores
• Bachelor's or Master's in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, or related field
• Excellent communication, analytical, and conceptual clarity
