Job Description: Outdoor Salesman Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Salesman to join our team. The Outdoor Salesman will be responsible for promoting and selling company products/services directly to customers in the field. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage potential customers in designated territories.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to both new and existing clients.
• Conduct field visits, door-to-door sales, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Track sales activity, submit reports, and provide market feedback to management.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and industry trends.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a salesman, outdoor sales representative, or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Persuasive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business is a plus).
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license (if required).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Knowledge of the local market and target audience.

Languages-

• Malayalam, Hindi & English

Work Environment

• Outdoor field-based role with frequent travel.
• Regular interaction with customers face-to-face.
• May require weekend or evening work depending on client needs and events.
