We are looking for a Front of House All-Rounder to join our team and handle daily customer-facing operations. The ideal candidate is fast, organized, and friendly, with experience in busy restaurants or cafés.

Responsibilities

  • Handle cashier duties: taking orders, processing payments, greeting customers.
  • Manage order packing: labeling, packing accuracy, and speedy handover.
  • Coordinate dispatch with delivery drivers and walk-in customers.
  • Keep FOH clean and organized (counter, drinks fridge, POS area).
  • Assist with simple prep tasks during slow hours (restocking, cleaning).
  • Follow hygiene and service standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or takeaway (preferred).
  • Good communication and customer-service skills.
  • Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Can rotate between cashier, packing, and customer service.
  • Punctual, reliable, and professional.
