Description of the Position

The primary responsibilities of a senior associate consultant at Enera involves the following:

• Executing individual work streams in projects
• Participating in field visits, and collecting extensive primary & secondary data
• Conducting qualitative & quantitative analysis to diagnose problems and their root causes
• Proactively creating innovative solutions to diagnosed problems
• Preparing slide decks and reports
• Delivering presentations to managers & clients, and taking active roles in workshops
• Coordinating various activities to contribute to project management
• Supporting managers in writing proposals for new projects

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a management consulting firm or a strategy role that is similar to management consulting
• Outstanding past academic achievement (e.g., ranking in 0.5% percentile in a national exam, graduation from one of the globally top 200 universities, etc.)
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in English language (equivalent to a minimum score of 90 from TOEFL or 7 from IELTS)
• Proficiency in Arabic language
• Background in strategy development & problem solving with strong analytical capabilities
• High productivity and multi-tasking skills for simultaneous tasks of research, analysis and writing
• Ability to work abroad for consecutive weeks

Process

Our recruitment stages are quite fast and practical, since we do not want to waste your time or ours. The process will include an aptitude test, a take-home assignment, a case interview and an executive interview. All stated qualifications, including certifications and language proficiency scores, will be verified during the recruitment process.
