We are seeking an experienced Vinyl Floor Installer to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately measure areas to be covered and calculate material needs, minimizing waste.
  • Prepare sub-floors by cleaning, leveling, patching, and applying appropriate primers or moisture barriers to ensure a smooth and stable base for vinyl installation.
  • Cut, trim, and fit vinyl flooring materials precisely using specialized tools such as utility knives, straightedges, and scribers.
  • Install vinyl flooring, ensuring proper alignment, and adherence to design plans or patterns.
  • Inspect finished installations for quality, addressing any imperfections or issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) specifically in vinyl flooring installation, including LVP, LVT, and sheet vinyl.
  • In-depth knowledge of different vinyl flooring types, their installation methods, and adhesive requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Valid Flexi Visa
