JOB INTRODUCTION

We are looking for a Receptionist for our G4S team

The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing and supporting our customers and users, addressing inquiries through the phone, as well as providing back office, access control and documentation support in the premises of our customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exercising access control by requesting ID proof and documentation to customers and visitors.
  • Engage with the internal areas to provide excellent customer service and orient visitors to the correct areas of the premises.
  • Manage the visitors database and update it according to the activities of the day.
  • Filing and document management to ensure all documents remain safe and accessible.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

  • College diploma or technical course diploma in sales, marketing, business administration or accounting.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in service sales roles, call center, customer representative, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
  • Energetic and confident.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage customer communication and stress in peak times.
