Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to oversee daily site activities for interior design projects. The candidate should be confident coordinating with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of work according to project requirements. The candidate should monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain quality standards to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor quality of work, finishes, and materials to meet standards.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Report site progress, issues, and updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (interior fit-out preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction and interior finishing materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership qualities with attention to detail.
