Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Garage Supervisor / Manager to lead and oversee our workshop operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of heavy vehicles, their parts, and repair procedures (both electrical and mechanical). This role requires hands-on expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day garage activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and manage garage operations, including repair and maintenance of heavy and light vehicles.

  2. Plan, schedule, and prioritize repair and maintenance tasks.

  3. Diagnose technical faults (mechanical and electrical) and provide solutions.

  4. Ensure availability and proper usage of spare parts, tools, and equipment.

  5. Manage and guide technicians, mechanics, and other garage staff.

  6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Garage Supervisor/Manager or similar role in heavy transport/automotive sector.

  2. Strong knowledge of heavy vehicles (trailers, cranes, forklifts, trucks, etc.) – mechanical and electrical systems.

  3. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a technical team.

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or related field (preferred).
