Bellman

We are seeking a service-oriented Bellman to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will assist guests with luggage, provide information about facilities, and ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a professional manner
• Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their apartments
• Provide information about services and amenities
• Coordinate with front desk.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance areas
• Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and courteously

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to handle luggage
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic English skills required (additional languages are a plus)
