Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Florist, located in Manama with the flexibility of some work-from-home tasks. The Florist will create flower arrangements and bespoke designs, provide decoration services, and maintain exceptional customer service standards. Additional tasks include assisting with event floral design and maintaining plants while collaborating with the team to fulfill client needs and uphold the company's reputation for quality and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Flower Arrangements and Floral Design skills
  • Creativity skills to craft unique and visually appealing designs
  • Customer Service experience to ensure satisfying client interactions
  • Decoration skills, especially for events and special occasions
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of plant care and maintenance preferred
  • Prior experience in a florist or flower design role is advantageous
