Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate the Executive's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Act as the point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Monitor and manage email correspondence efficiently.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of events and conferences.
  • Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree or relevant qualification in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
