Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Citrix & Nutanix Professional located in Manama. The professional will be responsible for daily operational support and infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for Citrix and Nutanix environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of these environments while providing technical

expertise for troubleshooting and optimization.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in managing and supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop).
• Strong knowledge of Nutanix HCI platform and associated technologies.
• Familiarity with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
• Experience with networking fundamentals, storage, and virtualization concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) or Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) is an advantage.
• Experience with cloud integration and hybrid environments.

Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Citrix and Nutanix infrastructure support or similar roles.
