Description

Prepare and post the Daily Transaction (Vendor and general) 

 Reconcile Vendors' accounts on monthly basis in order to identify variances and take corrective actions and prepare payable payments to ensure adequate entry. 

 Prepare and post all related to miscellaneous general accounting transactions

  Prepare and post credit and debit note and their related entries to ensure adequate vendor statement. 

 Prepare affiliates and bank reconciliations and integrate missing transaction and pass them to chief accountant for approval. 

 Collect cash, issue on the system and produce the official receipt.  Generate the Cash Count on daily basis and pass it to chief Accounting for review and approval.

  Prepare the settlements of supplier invoices.

  Prepare on quarterly basis VAT declaration report and relay it to Chief Accountant for approval and relay Financial and Administrative manager. 

 Check stock entry with packing slip, invoice and PO and ensure their match and allocate the price on ERP. 

 Review and Prepare CNSS medical payments. 

 Issue payment voucher in relation to general expenses.  Handle and reconcile contractual services provider to ensure their payments to employees and clients.
