We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our innovative technology team in Bahrain. This role is perfect for a creative professional passionate about designing intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. You will be responsible for end-to-end UI/UX design across web and mobile applications, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and ML/AI teams to bring seamless, user-centered solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to develop deep insights into user behavior and needs.

- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with business goals and user expectations.

- Create responsive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces using best practices in UI/UX design and accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and smooth integration of designs.

- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms and products.

- Iterate design solutions based on user data, analytics, and feedback.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.

Must-Have Skills

- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile projects.

- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalents.

- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

- Solid understanding of responsive design, mobile-first approaches, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to facilitate strong collaboration with developers.

- Must be based in Bahrain.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience conducting user testing, A/B testing, and data-driven design iteration.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Knowledge of design systems and component-based UI frameworks.

- Basic skills in motion design or micro-interactions to enhance user experience.

- Understanding of AI/ML concepts to collaborate on intelligent, data-driven user experiences.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven ability to deliver high-quality UI/UX work in a fast-paced environment.
