Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, handling customer complaints, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering a positive customer experience. The goal is to enhance customer loyalty and help solve any issues efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management skills
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and provide resolutions efficiently
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is beneficial
