Customer Service and Administrative Support Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of office automation software, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. As a Customer Service and Administrative Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing general information and referrals, and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate staff members.

The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative support role and be proficient in the use of office automation software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and effective communication skills, both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and direct callers and walk-in customers to the appropriate staff members
  • Provide general information and referrals to military and community resources
  • Enroll and schedule customers in briefs, workshops, classes, and individual appointments
  • Perform administrative and clerical services, including finalizing correspondence, preparing military messages, and managing files

Requirements:
