  • Starting basic salary: BD140 + Accommodation allowance: BD40 + Food (Not Included)

  • Working Hrs: 48 working hours per week + OT (when required)
  • Basic salary to be increased to BD60 after 6 months based on performance
  • 30 days annual leave per year + ticket every 2 years
  • Employment visa provided by the company + Medical insurance + transportation provided for the close areas
Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Van Salesman to sell their products to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing relationships with customers, and maintaining the company's vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell FMCG products to customers, achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base
  • Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain the company's vehicle, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and in good working condition
  • Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is roadworthy
  • Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery
  • Collect payments from customers and reconcile sales receipts
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and share best practices
Requirements:
  • High School Certificate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • GCC Valid Light Driving License is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy products
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
