What You'll Do

  • Onboard & Train – Deliver engaging in-person and virtual sessions that get FOH/BOH teams comfortable with our QR flow, upsell prompts, and dashboard.
  • Create Playbooks – Build bite-sized guides, videos, and train-the-trainer programs that scale with hundreds of venues.
  • Monitor Performance – Keep an eye on transaction trends and flag opportunities for growth or smoother ops.
  • Advise & Support – Translate data into clear action plans when restaurant managers ask, and be their first stop for product feedback or quick troubleshooting.
  • Close the Loop – Capture merchant insights and feed them back to Product, Sales, and Engineering so we're always raising the bar.

What Makes You a Fit

  • 4–6 years in merchant success, training, ops, or account management at a POS, payments, or F&B tech company.
  • Confident live facilitator—equally at ease with cashiers and C-suite operators.
  • Comfortable turning numbers into "here's what we do next." Advanced Excel or basic SQL a plus, but not required.
  • "Startup DNA": proactive, resourceful, and happy wearing more than one hat.
  • Fluent English; Arabic is a bonus. Able to travel across UAE, Bahrain, KSA as needed.
